It also has a partially finished basement with another 1000 sq feet. The basement has two finished bedrooms and a half bath. | Below is an image showing the Lake View from the almost totally windowed side of the house. The bay room windows (screened sliding glass doors) run 20 feet down the northwest side of this home reaching out 5 feet closer to the water's edge. The south side of the main room has the dinning area, bar with open kitchen. To the south is another large sliding door (with protective wooden shutter) to the composite deck for your easy access barbeque needs. On the west wall of the dinning area there is one more shuttered five foot sliding door to complete the views from this area of the main room. | ||||

THE DOCK The year 2000 dock is in need of a rework or replacement. Encapsulated floatation and new decking will be needed to keep this one in service. As you can see from the photo it was built to hold the owners 27' Catalina (included with the house) with a large swim deck area. The dock is accessible via a short 60 foot path dropping around 20 feet in elevation from the house to the dock walkway, which could be easily be made golf cart accessible. |
