This house sets on two lots in Holway Point II, lots 3 & 4. The two lots together comprise 1.72 acres. It has 384 feet of shoreline in a deep water cove + 40' just far enough back from Drowning Creek to avoid the wake and wave action. Yet it is only 1000 feet from the dock to open lake.

From the time you drive up and see all the port holes until you are deep in the belly of the main room you will feel peacefulness of its flowing lines. Like a wave washing ashore. This is truly a Land Yacht.

This house was built in the year 2000 by a premier Tulsa builder for a couple of avid Grand Lake sailors. A man and his wife with a large family. There looks to be beds for at least a dozen people. There are two full baths and another two half baths. It has around 1400 sq foot on the main level with a 750 foot loft area. It also has a partially finished basement with another 1000 sq feet. The basement has two finished bedrooms and a half bath. The open area is large enough for a ping pong table which by the way comes with the house, as do all furnishings and appliances.

I will post more descriptions on the images in the Gallery Photos.

Below is an image showing the Lake View from the almost totally windowed side of the house. The bay room windows (screened sliding glass doors) run 20 feet down the northwest side of this home reaching out 5 feet closer to the water's edge. The south side of the main room has the dinning area, bar with open kitchen. To the south is another large sliding door (with protective wooden shutter) to the composite deck for your easy access barbeque needs. On the west wall of the dinning area there is one more shuttered five foot sliding door to complete the views from this area of the main room.

The year 2000 dock is in need of a rework or replacement. Encapsulated floatation and new decking will be needed to keep this one in service. As you can see from the photo it was built to hold the owners 27' Catalina (included with the house) with a large swim deck area. The dock is accessible via a short 60 foot path dropping around 20 feet in elevation from the house to the dock walkway, which could be easily be made golf cart accessible.

Access to a 1 acre lot with a pavilion, bathroom, boat ramp, swim dock and the most wonderful beach found on grand lake. Picked out by W.R. Holway the man who built Pensacola Dam...with a lot of help from the workers of course.
